I guess I will start by saying that I’m not a prude - I don’t have a problem with the viewing of porn for him it’s the frequency that’s more the issue among other things. I discovered a few years ago a “Hidden” folder on his iPad. Essentially a spank bank. In this folder we’re not only porn pics but pictures of people we know (bikini pics from FB) and photos of me he had taken while I was either without a top on or just without a bra and in a tshirt etc. I told him not only did I not approve of this but it made me feel horrible being lumped into a folder with a bunch of random people. It made me feel like he didn’t see me as a person or his wife, but just another means to bust a nut. Now, there had been other things in our marriage that also made me feel this way over the years as well, so this just cemented it for me. When I told him how it made me feel he initially said that he was ‘a man and didn’t need a reason’. He later told me he would get rid of them but that I had to basically put out more. I told him we needed couples therapy. We did the therapy but he weaponized it. Anything brought up in therapy was either used to make me feel terrible after or he would use the silent treatment. I eventually lost it and told him I was going to leave him. He begged me to stay and told me he’d change. He said that I could look at his phone anytime I want if it helped make me feel better. But he got caught taking pictures of me again. Then told me he’d stop. And then we were good for a few years until this year when I saw a video from the ring camera of me in my bathing suit. He came up with some excuse about how the settings were wrong and “you should have seen all the ones I deleted before this. They kept saving in my phone”. Fast forward to recently I found another “Hidden” folder with more porn again and again video of me from 2019 he took of me getting out of the shower. It was taken with on of our cameras we used for our daughters room (nanny cam kinda thing). I didn’t know he was filming me. I am pissed and hurt and I was hoping we were past this. But I just think this is bigger than I can handle anymore. Any advice?Can someone get rid of her fingers?

So 29 days ago, I made a post asking if my cactus was pupping and it was, but today I noticed that one of the two pups are producing roots, will it be fine if I leave it be or do I need to separate it now? Also what could cause this? I have a good friend who’s started driving this past year and has helped me through a lot. I’d love to show some appreciation to him but I’m awful at gift giving. No poo vs completely natural products question
I’m fairly new to the idea of no poo but went quickly into a deep dive on the subject, but I don’t see the incentive to doing no poo rather than poo and conditioners that have natural ingredients (or even just no sulphates or silicones) Other than for economics, of course Can anyone who has chosen no poo over alternative methods tell me why they went that route? They did make a post thanking people for 400 followers, but why? How does this benefit them in any way?
